Jun 26, 2026"We loved this restaurant! The food is fresh, delicious and very inexpensive. We had both lunch and dinner here, and the menu and prices were the same for both. Entrées varied between 15,000 and 30,000 COP, and they had dinner specials like a filet mignon for 28,000 COP that another diner told us was amazing. We really enjoyed the fish - it comes with 3 sides (coconut rice/patacones, a vegetable, and soup) included in the 15,000-20,000 COP price. It was cooked very well and the toppings (we got cilantro salsa on one and seafood topping on the other) were absolutely delicious. We kept asking ourselves how this restaurant was so cheap... At most others in the area the same plate would probably be 15,000 COP more expensive. The restaurant itself is clean and the ambiance is nice. They had live music at night (starting at about 7:30pm). On top of it all, the service was amazing. The owner is very, very friendly. He greeted us every time we came, wouldn't push certain dishes on us, and brought out some juice samples. He also speaks perfect English, so if you don't understand Spanish he will explain the menu and make recommendations. We came here four times during our stay in Cartagena and feel lucky that we just stumbled upon Fuego Santo when wandering around."
